Eugene "Bill" Padgett

Eugene “Bill” Padgett, age 81 of Fort Smith, passed away Sunday, May 12, 2013 in Barling. He was born February 16, 1932 in Pitcher, OK to the late John and Thelma Padgett. He was a Baptist and 32nd Degree Mason. He was the retired owner of Lee Western Wear.

Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at Fentress Mortuary Chapel with burial to follow at Oak Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Fentress Mortuary of Fort Smith.

He is survived by his wife Sybil of the home, three daughters: Kim Pillow of Branson, MO, Karlea Tanksley of Branson, MO and Tena Padgett of Conroe, TX; step-daughter: Dara Brewer of Fort Smith, two step-sons: John DiLonardo of Fort Smith, and Brent DiLonardo of Liberty, MO. Bill is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and four great Grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Donnie Dodd, Sr., Donnie Dodd, Jr., Raymond Dodd, Johnny Stepusin, Roger Duty, and Marcus Stout.

Visitation will be 12:00 Noon – 1:00 PM Wednesday, May 15th at the funeral home.
