Eva Lancaster

Eva Lancaster, 89, of Fort Smith, passed away Saturday, July 19, 2014. She was born February 24, 1925 in Breslau, Germany. She was a Housewife and a member of First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Marvin A. Lancaster. Funeral service will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, July 23, 2014, at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Dale Thompson officiating. Burial will be at Fort Smith National Cemetery under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home. She is survived by one daughter Evelyn Baldwin of Fort Smith, two sons Marvin A. Lancaster, Jr. of Wolverine Lake, MI and Dr. Mark Lancaster of Fort Thomas, KY, five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Jerry Phillips, Michael Baldwin, Brad Reynolds, Marvin Lancaster, Jr., Dr. Mark Lancaster and Roger Baldwin. The family will visit with friends Tuesday, July 22, 2014, from 5:30 PM-7:00 PM at Edwards Funeral Home.
