Freddy E. Corbell, 75, of Fort Smith passed away Saturday, June 16, 2012 in Fort Smith. He was born November 1, 1936 in Peno, OK. He retired from the City of Fort Smith Water Department after 23 years of service. Prior to working at the Water Department he worked for the Fort Smith Fire Department. He was of the Assembly of God Faith. He served for 2 years in the United States Naval Reserve.
Private family graveside service will be at Roselawn Cemetery with Military Honors under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
He is survived by his sister Billie Jean Turnipseed and brother-in-law C. B. and his companion and care giver Shawn Haralson.
