He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe Daniel DeViney Jr. and Flora Madeline (Lewis) DeViney.
Gary is survived by his sister, Lisa Smith and Husband Lonnie; his nephew Matthew and wife Makayla Smith; great nephews, Kamdyn and Krew Smith; and several cousins.
Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home with burial of ashes in New Hope Cemetery in Spiro, OK.
