Patsy & family,
My mom, Virginia Tedder, and I wish to express our sincere sympathies to you and all of the Stout familys. Seems like yesterday (although I realize now it was maybe 30 years ago!) that we joined you all at a Stout-Tedder reunion in Spiro. I enjoyed meeting so many of my dad''s nice familly! ...and, Bud, especially stood out as someone who reminded me of my dad, Cecil A. Tedder, Jr. , as a young man! Bet those cousins are having a fine reunion in Heaven today! We will continiue to remember you in the days and weeks ahead in our prayers.

Patsy, Kim & Gayla,
Words are inadequate to express my sympathy for your loss. Bud was a wonderful man of God. I will always remember how Bud stood by my mom and us three kids when it came time for Daddy to go home. May God wrap you in His arms and give you peace that can only come from him. Cling to the assurance that we will all be together again. Kathy McKinney Wiles
