George David Dalton, 81, of Fort Smith died July 31, 2015 in Fort Smith. He was born August 10, 1933 in Detroit, MI to Robert Thurman and Julia Madeline Viozonko Dalton. He was retired from the Red River Army Depot and was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
He is survived by two daughters, Toni Dalton and Julianh Ann Dalton both of Fort Smith; three sons, Clinton James Dalton of Hook, TX., Ricky G. Dalton and Tommy Ray Dalton both of Fort Smith; one sister, Joann Leirman of West Virginia; seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Memorial service will be Friday, August 7, 2015 at 1:00 PM in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel and burial will follow in the U.S. National Cemetery. Cremation and services are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
