George Fraser Dixon

George Fraser Dixon, 57, of Fort Smith, died March 24, 2011 in Fort Smith. He was born August 15, 1953 in Niagara Fall, Ontario, Canada to Alfred H. and Shirley Mae Sider Dixon. He was an employee of Air Systems of Fort Smith and a Veteran of the U.S. Army.

He is survived by his wife Dianna of the home; two sons, Brock and Travis Dixon both of Canada; his mother, Shirley Dixon of Fort Smith; one sister, Leslie and her husband Gifford Scott of Canada; one brother, Jeff Dixon of Fort Smith; and four nieces, Hanna Dixon, Stephanie Andreoli, Jessica VanCamp, and Brittany Elliott. He was preceded in death by his father Alfred Henry Dixon.

Memorial service will be Monday, March 28, 2011 at 3:00 PM in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel. Cremation and services are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.

The family will greet friends following the Memorial Service in Edwards Chapel.
