Harold D. Thompson, 71, of Panama, OK passed away Thursday, May 2, 2013 at a local hospital. He was born August 12, 1941 in rural Paden, OK. He retired as a machinist and tool and die maker and was a proud member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles.
Harold was a loving father of two daughters, Melissa Thomas and Kimberly Tanner, both of Fort Smith. He is also survived by a brother, Thomas C. Woodward of Fort Smith; his companion and dearest friend, Doris Taylor of Gore, OK and five grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his mother, Ruby Woodward and a brother, Roy Thompson.
A memorial service for Harold will be at 2:00PM, Monday, May 6, 2013 in Edwards Funeral Home Chapel. Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
