Janice Sue Rickman, 72, of Fort Smith entered into rest Saturday, December 8, 2018, in Fort Smith. She was born May 24, 1946, in Wichita, Kansas to the late Melvin and Eunice (Gross) Norris. After graduating from Northside High School, she was a legal clerk for 20 years then, moved on to ABF Freight, where she retired after 26 years of service. She was of the Church of Christ faith.
She was preceded in death by her son, Bradley; her two sisters, Vonda Thompson and Sondra Wiggins; and her parents, Melvin and Eunice Norris. She is survived by her two daughters, Sarah of Fort Smith and Greta and her husband Dewayne of Fort Smith; as well as six grandchildren, other loved ones and friends.
A memorial service is planned for 10:00am Wednesday December 12, 2018, in Edwards Funeral Home Chapel. Arrangements are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
