Sincere condolences for the loss of Joan. Many years ago, when she worked in Discharge Planning at Mercy Hospital, I was fortunate enough to be able to share an office with Joan. What a joy it was to be with someone who provided wisdom and humor every single day. She had such a quick wit that went along with her bright eyes. She was such a special lady!
