John Randall Post, 74, of Fort Smith, passed away on Monday, March 30, 2026. He was born on October 2, 1951, in Fort Smith to the late John William Post and Helen Sisk Post. John or “Randy” as he was also known to his family and friends, was retired from Bost Inc. where he was a maintenance supervisor. John was a good man, his family truly meant everything to him, especially his brother and grandkids. In addition to his parents, John is preceded in death by his wife, Susan Post.
He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Denham (John) of Barling, AR; two sons, Jason Irwin (Monica) of Soddy-Daisy, TN and Michael Irwin (Kristie) of Scranton, AR, and his brother, Richard A. Post of Fort Smith. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Memorial service will be 10:00 am Friday, April 3, 2026, at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel. Committal of ashes will be at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
