Joy Dechow

Joy is preceded in death by her husband, Donald L Dechow; parents; six brothers and one sister; daughter Tonia Gill; son Timothy Dechow; and granddaughter April Morton.

Left behind to honor her memory is daughter Cherrine Morton and husband Eddy of Muldrow, Oklahoma; son Donald Dechow of Osage, Oklahoma; daughter-in-law Pam (Dechow) Roebuck of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; sisters- in-law, Shirley Hahn and Nancy Roberts; grandchildren Chad Dechow and Angel Dechow; great-grandchildren Olivia Dechow, Lilly Dechow, Bryan Dechow, Kenny Stringfellow, Cash Stringfellow, Faith Dechow, Ellie Dechow, and Tylen Lark; as well as many nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank Mercy Hospice and Methodist Village Health and Rehab for their excellent care of Joy.

The family will be holding a memorial graveside service at Roselawn Cemetery, 5403 N “O” St, Fort Smith, AR 72904, on April 11th at 10:00am. Arrangements under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
