Joyce B. Blackwell

Joyce Blackwell, 72 of Booneville died Wednesday, August 29, 2018 in Fort Smith. She was born December 16, 1945 in Cherry Valley, AR to the late Rufus and Annie Stephens Blackwell. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Donna Seekins and her sister, Agnes Knowles.

No services are scheduled for Ms. Blackwell. Cremation is under the direction of Fentress Mortuary.

She is survived by her daughter Janice Tucker of Perry County, AR, two sisters; Frances Hunter and Lois Bunton both of Wynne, AR, two brothers; Gerald and Merrel Blackwell both of Arkansas and 10 Grandchildren.
