Juanita “Frankie” Noke Blaylock, 84 of Vian Oklahoma, passed away Thursday, July 4, 2013. She was born on October 23, 1928 in Bixby, OK to Frank and Mary Hanes. She was a retired dietician for the Delano Regional Medical Center in Delano, CA. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Hayden James Blaylock.
There will be no services, she will be cremated. Arrangements are under the direction of Fentress Mortuary in Fort Smith.
She is survived by a daughter, Patricia Applewhite of Vian, OK; two sons, James Hayden Blaylock of Portersville, CA and Phillip Reed Blaylock of Delano, CA. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grand children and great-great grandchildren.
