Kimberly Anne Charlton Horn

Kimberly Anne Charlton Horn, 35, of Fort Smith, died April 19, 2012 in Fort Smith. She was born June 28, 1976 in Hays, Kansas to Michael L. and Mary J. Thorne Charlton. She was a Homemaker and member of Christ the King Catholic Church.

She is survived by three children, Anna Claire, Emma Grace, and Thomas Xavier Horn of the home; her parents, Michael and Mary Charlton of Fort Smith; two sisters, Melissa Marie Tyndall and husband Stuart of Bentonville, AR and Kristin Elizabeth Rogne and husband Brandon of Fort Smith; three brothers, Bryan Michael Charlton and wife Karena of Wichita, KS., Mark Charlton of Steamboat Springs, CO., and Patrick Charlton of Fort Smith, and the father of her children Brooks D. Horn of Fort Smith. Nieces and Nephews, Molly and Taylor Tyndall, Braden, Seth, and Jonah Charlton. Paternal grandfather, William Charlton of Roeland Park, KS., and Maternal grandparents, Francis Xavier and Kathleen Keller Thorne of Lansing, KS, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by grandmother Mary Alice Keating Charlton.

Rosary will be said on Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at 7:00 PM in Christ the King Catholic Church and Mass will be Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at 12:00 noon in Christ the King Catholic Church and inurnment will be in Christ the King Columbarium. Services and Cremation are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers an account has been established in the name of Michael & Mary Charlton for the minor children of Kimberly Charlton Horn at First National Bank of Fort Smith.
