LaRae Cox

LaRae Cox, 70, of Eagle Pass, TX, passed away Saturday, March 3, 2012, in San Antonio, TX. She was born August 16, 1941 in Cass, AR. She was a retired School Teacher and a member of the First Baptist Church in Eagle Pass, TX.

Funeral service will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, March 7, 2012, at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Don Varble officiating. Burial will be at Highland Cemetery in Ozark, AR under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home in Fort Smith, AR.

She is survived by her husband of 52 years Jimmy Cox, two daughters Renee Ryan and husband Jimmy of Las Vegas, NV and Jaymie Price and husband Erik of San Antonio, TX, one son Jason Cox and wife Christine of Myrtle Beach, SC, her mother Thelma Edwards of Roland, OK, one sister Sharon Bolton and husband Alvin of Baton Rouge, LA, one brother Gary McClellan and wife Diane of Greenwood, AR and five grandchildren Amanda LaRae Price, Forrest Kyle Price, McKayla Renee Ryan, Reilly Jason Cox and Brady Miles Cox.

Pallbearers will be Jason Cox, Jon Bolton, Jeff Bolton, Erik Price, Jim Ryan and Alvin Bolton.

The family will visit with friends Tuesday evening from 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM at the funeral home.
