Lawrence Kaelin, 85, of Fort Smith, passed from this life November 9, 2014 in Fort Smith. He was born October 21, 1929 in Fort Smith. Lawrence retired, with the rank of Master Sergeant, from the United States Air Force, having served tours in the Korean Conflict and the Vietnam War. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Lawrence is survived by a host of cousins. Funeral services will be 10:00am Monday, November 17, 2014 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery. Rosary will be said at 6:00pm Sunday, November 16, 2014 in Edwards Funeral Home Chapel. Pallbearers will be Michael, Kevin, Greg, Joseph and Peter Kaelin and Chris Reese. Services are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
