Linda Anne Faulkner

Linda Anne Stone Faulkner, 77, of Fort Smith, Arkansas went home to be with Jesus on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 peacefully in her home. She was born on December 28, 1948 in Ilion, New York the younger of two daughters born to Max and Eleanor Stone, née Riggs.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 44 years, Bobby George Faulkner.

Left to honor her memory are her two daughters: April Anne Wear and husband Mark of Fort Smith, Arkansas and Summer Belle Vickery and husband Bill of Greenwood, Arkansas; sister Diana Jean Stone of Slingerlands, New York; and five grandchildren: Ryan Parker Wear of Bentonville, Arkansas; Andrew Thomas Wear of Fort Smith, Arkansas; William Maxwel Vickery of Greenwood, Arkansas; Braeden Michael Wear of Chicago, Illinois; Raelyn Belle Vickery of Greenwood, Arkansas; and honorary granddaughter Cassie Hood.

Linda will be laid to rest at Mohawk Cemetery in Mohawk, New York at a graveside service on Saturday, October 31, 2026 at 11 am. There will also be a private viewing held in Fort Smith, Arkansas for Linda’s family to come together, honor her memory, and celebrate her life.
