Lois Ross, 88, of Fort Smith, passed from this life October 29, 2015 in Fort Smith. She was born, October 4, 1927 in Fort Smith, to the late Oscar and Minnie McHouston Tidwell. Lois was a member of Fort Smith First United Methodist Church and a homemaker. Lois was very proud to say she was a breast cancer survivor.
She is survived by her son, Wayne ‘Jack’ Ross, Jr. of Fort Smith; a daughter, Patricia Ann Davis of Little Rock, Arkansas; two granddaughters, Amy Davis Wilkins and Traci Ross Harris and her husband Jesse; eight great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne ‘Jack’ Ross, Sr.
Graveside services will be 1:00pm Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith. Services are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
