My deep heartfelt sympathy goes out to all of Sue’s loving family. My prayers for comfort and peace are with you all.
Sue was one of my oldest and dearest childhood friends. Although not related we shared the same last name, our Fathers worked from Halliburton and our Mothers worked in the nursing field.
Our friendship began when we were about 10 or 11 and grew more precious as life went on. The happy memories we made were simply countless along with the times we leaned on each other when they weren’t so happy. She was my Matron of Honor at my first wedding. I’ll never forget she let me wear her beautiful diamond cross necklace for my “something borrowed”.
I know she is safe, healthy and at peace in her much-deserved heavenly home. And there’s no doubt there was a joyous reunion with her precious Daddy. As well as with my Brother Bobby.
Sue, you’ll always be one of my greatest heroes and you will be so missed but, never forgotten. My love will be with you forever and we will see each other again one joyful day. RIP My Sweet Friend!

Sue worked for the US Forest Service/Mena Ranger District for several years. I remember many happy times together and we shared many laughs. My heart broke when I heard the news. Sue was always so happy and could light up everyone around her with her smile and great attitude. A wonderful wife; friend; mother and role model for us all. A very hard worker; determined and loyal. Her family meant so much to her then and always. A beautiful soul and a beautiful women inside and out who will be missed by all the lives she touched.

I worked with Sue at the Forest Service in Booneville. She was a lovely lady. There was no doubt that she loved her family and God more than anything. She was always encouraging, kindhearted, and was rarely seen without a smile. I'm truly glad I got to know Sue.
