Lottie Faye Saucier

Lottie Faye Mathis Hudson Saucier, 90, of Barling, AR, passed away May 20, 2026. She was born March 24, 1936 in Pocahontas, TN to Wyly Franklin Mathis and Margaret Elizabeth (Wilbanks) Mathis. Faye was a retired LPN, and she enjoyed painting, and going to the Senior Citizens Center with her friends. She also loved taking care of her dogs, Alfie, and Popcorn.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, James Charles Hudson Sr., and Reginald “Reg” Saucier; her daughter, Stephanie Davis; and her four sisters.

She is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Hudson Bond of Arab, AL; two sons, James Hudson Jr. and his wife Tracy of Fort Smith, and Barney Hudson of Fort Smith; grandchildren, Devin Johnston, Jennifer Hudson, Mike and Travis Davis; great-grandchildren, Bryson Floyd, and Haden Hudson;

Her step- son Gary Saucier and Lexie; Her step- daughter Anita Jones and Scotty;

Her step- son Michael Saucier and Maggie; Her step- son Edward Saucier and Shara.

Step-grandchildren, step-great grandchildren; Tina Saucier (Kurt), Reggie Saucier, Bobby Saucier (Brittanie) Joey, Bridget, Todd (Amanda), Samantha, Gabriel, Lexi, Ashlyn, Little Reggie, Chloe, Destiny, Emi, Jennifer (Grant).

Visitation will be Wednesday, May 27, 2026, from 5 – 7 PM at Edwards Funeral Home.

Funeral Service will be 10:00 AM Thursday in Edwards Chapel with burial to follow at Fort Smith National Cemetery.
