She is survived by her daughters, Jessie Hendrix of Arkoma, Melissa Boone (Joe) of Poteau, Amy Albertson (Michael), of Ozark; step-children, Terry Brownfield of Muldrow, Jim Brownfield of Fort Smith, and Arlena Hale of Fort Smith; Brother, Bill Mantooth of Etna, AR; eighteen grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, her daughter, her sister, and four brothers.
Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home with private burial of cremains in Lowes Creek Cemetery.
