Marsha and I became friends when we were teenagers and attended church together in Muldrow. We would often go out and eat pizza with the youth on Sunday night after church. One Sunday night after church she and I were sitting in the car drinking a Coke at the local drive-in in Muldrow when my future husband came over and asked me out on our first date. Marsha was also one of my bridesmaids. We worked together at Holt Krock Clinic for many years. She was easy to love , work with , confide in, and I treasure all our memories together. ❤️

I will miss her smile. She was always asking how the sisters were doing at church. Praying for the family.

I recently got to spend a very happy day with Marsha, Joann Jones-Hancock, Judy and Kathie Phelps. We were celebrating Marsha’s, Joann’s and my birthdays which we often celebrated our birthdays together when we were much younger. Marsha and Joann share the same birthday and mine is a day later. We had such fun visiting and reminiscing that day. Marsha was so sweet and she seemed to have a fun time as we all did. What a blessing to get to spend that very special day with Marsha.

Aunt Marsha was the sweetest and most soft spoken. She truly cared for others whether you were family or not. Always putting others before herself to be sure they were taken care of. Calling just to say are you doing okay. She will be missed by our family and family gatherings will not be the same because she always made some of our favorite dishes (sweet potato casserole and corn salad). I’m sure she carried me and my brother many of miles growing up and probably begging me not to cry. She will truly be missed. I love you Aunt Marsha!

Marsha, I will sure miss you. What fun we had playing cards and dominoes. Eating chili at your house. And that one camping trip in Kami’s trailor. We sure laughed hard that weekend.
I will miss our long talks sitting at the park trying to figure out life and relationships and God. You know all the answers now.
