Mary Lou Foley, 78, passed away on November 28, 2021 with her family at her bedside. She was born on March 18, 1943 in Cecil, AR to Edward and Mary Evans. Mary was a member of Goddard United Methodist Church. She enjoyed music, sewing, quilting, gardening and traveling.
Survivors include her husband of 55 years, Charles J. Foley of the home; two sons, Dr. Charles Michael Foley and wife Dr. Andrea Foley of Waunakee, WI, Dr. Christopher Joseph Foley and wife Maren Foley of Bloomington, IN; two step daughters, Leigh Ann (Foley) Newman and husband Kim Newman of Lowell, AR, Terri Foley of Wilmington, NC; one brother, William Edward Evans and wife Denise of Cecil, AR; four grandchildren, Alex, Andrew, Birch and Will; one step grandson, Brandon.
The family will hold a memorial service at a later date with burial of cremains at Fort Smith National Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
