Mathilda “Tilda” Marie Schluterman, 89 of Ft. Smith passed away Monday, November 5, 2018. She was born December 19, 1928 in Morrison Bluff, AR to the late Rose Kern Buss. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and St. Boniface Catholic Church. She formerly worked for Dixie Cup, Planters, SWTR and Gerber. She liked to go hunting. In addition to her mother she was preceded in death by her husband Leo Schluterman and her sister Betty Brown.

Visitation will be at 6:00 PM Thursday, November 8, 2018 followed by the Rosary at 6:30 PM at Fentress Mortuary Chapel. The funeral mass will be 10:30 AM Friday, November 9, 2018 at St. Boniface Catholic Church with burial to follow at the Ft. Smith National Cemetery.

She is survived by her daughter Cindy Walker and her husband Richard, six sons; Ronny of Ft. Smith, Bob and his wife Jeane of Bentonville, Tom and his wife Sharon of Muldrow, Jerry and his wife Brenda of Lavaca, Wally of Ft. Smith and Jeff and his wife Amber of Midland. She is also survived by 13 Grandchildren and 21 Great Grandchildren.
