Melynda Kay Myers, 60, of Fort Smith, Arkansas, joined her parents Sunday, March 28, 2021 in their heavenly home. She was the eldest daughter to Murl David Myers Jr and Velma Jean Brannon Myers. She was born April 19, 1960 in San Jose, California. She is survived by one sister Michele Myers Sutter of Bartlesville, Oklahoma; one brother David Myers and Cindy Myers of Rogers, Arkansas; one aunt, Phyllis Brannon-Gasaway and one uncle, Steve Myers and the loves of her life; her nieces and nephews, Wren Myers Wallace and Chase Wallace, Ty Sutter, Aaron Sutter, McKenna Sutter and Brayden Myers, and an army of loving cousins. She was a graduate of Northside High School in 1978 and spent a great deal of her life helping others in various ways. She was employed for over a decade with Area Aging on Aging and a lifelong member of Evangel Temple Assembly of God. Her presence was always known by her contagious laugh and smile. Melynda always made a friend every where she went. There were no strangers in her mind. She loved many and was loved by so many and will be missed by all. Memorial services will be announced at a later date.

Melynda I will miss you so much . We were the kind of friends that might not talk for a month but the minute we did it was like we never lost time and could pick up right where we left off. forever my name will be JD .as you called me. I love you and am gonna miss our talks . Tell your mom aka A J foyt that i miss her too and i know she is zooming around heaven just like she did here.
