Mildred Omega Collins

Mildred Omega Collins, 92, of Fort Smith passed away Saturday, September 26, 2015, in Fort Smith. She was born September 8, 1923 in Fort Smith. She was a retired Motel housekeeper and a member of Crossview Christian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, John H. A. Collins and a son, Johnny Collins.

Funeral service will be 1:00 PM Wednesday at the Pavilion at the U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith with burial to follow under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.

She is survived by one daughter, Vera Mae Collins of Van Buren; one son, Jim Collins of Mountainburg; four grandchildren; nine great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

Viewing will be Tuesday from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM and Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Edwards Funeral Home.
