Moyene was retired from Simmons Foods and was a member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Van Buren, AR.
Moyene was preceded in death by her husband, Khamsene Phosavang.
She is survived by one son, Andrew Phosavang (Kayla); two daughters, Silany Joyce (Josh), Nina Phosavang; three grandsons, (Charlie, Bowman, and Wesley) and two granddaughters, (Aubrie and Hailee).
The Phosavang family invites you to Edwards Funeral Home in Fort Smith on October 23, 2026, for a visitation from 1 – 2 PM, and a Celebration of Life beginning at 2:00 PM in Edwards Funeral Home Chapel. Committal Blessing will be at Holy Cross Cemetery.
