Norma Jean Walker, 77, of Pocola, OK, died Saturday, September 15, 2012 in Pocola, OK. She was born July 8, 1935 in Harrisonburg, Virginia to William and Mary Fultz. She was a Cryptographer for Boeing Airplanes and was a member of Immaculate Conception Church. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 55 years John Gilbert Walker.
She is survived by one daughter Elizabeth Castle of Springfield, MO, one son Norris W. Walker of Pocola, OK; one sister, Lynn Wahl of Cheyenne, WY; and four grandchildren, Vanessa Ray, Raylin Kennedy, John Castle, and Amy Peterson, as well as 7 great grandchildren.
Graveside service will be Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at 10:00 AM at the U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
