Noyce Abel Harrison, 99, of Fort Smith, passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2013, in Fort Smith. He was born February 1, 1914 in Nella Community, AR to the late Ned Abel Harrison and Minnie Elizabeth Gore Harrison. He was a retired Security Officer and a Baptist. He was preceded in death by his wife Ozella, four sisters Ethelyn Harrison, Magaline Whisenhunt, Mildred E. Harrison and Elizabeth Wilson, two brothers Joyce Harrison and Kenneth Harrison and two nephews Ronnie Harrison and Billy Deck Brown.
Memorial Graveside service will be 2:00 PM Saturday, October 26, 2013, at Roselawn Cemetery with Pastor Terry Harrison officiating. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
He is survived by three nieces Mary Davis, Sue Reed and Deborah Burnett and three nephews Jimmy Whisenhunt, Gary Harrison and Terry Harrison. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Cole Burnett, Sarah Gurule, Michael Gurule and Samantha Harrison.
