Pamela Gail Conger

Pamela Gail Conger, 59, of Fort Smith, died Friday, July 22, 2022, in Fort Smith. She was born August 2, 1962, in Zwolle, LA, to Joseph and Irma Procell. She worked several years for Cooper Clinic and most recently as Manager of the Lil Dude.

She is survived by her mother, Irma Procell, of the home; one son, Nic Conger of Fort Smith, his significant other, Jessica Moody and son Noah; one nephew, Tyler Procell of Fort Smith; one niece, Kristen Ferguson and her husband, Matt; one great nephew, Parker Woods, all of Fort Smith; one sister-in-law, Janet Procell, of Fort Smith; and an aunt and uncle, Lorraine and Erwin Salbach of Evergreen, Colorado. She was preceded in death by her husband, Morgan Skaggs; her father, Joseph Procell; and her brother, Gary Procell.

Visitation will be Monday, July 25, 2022, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Edwards Funeral Home, 201 North 12th Street, Fort Smith. Funeral service will be Tuesday, July 26, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Bartholomew’s Episcopal Church.
