Patricia “Trish” Anderson, 66, of Fort Smith, passed away Tuesday, November 6, 2012, in Fort Smith. She was born January 30, 1946 in Wewoka, OK to the late Wayne and Mazo Allison. She was owner/operator of Ben Jack Guitar Center and on the Board of Directors at Gorman Towers. She was a member of the Baptist Church. She was an amazing gourmet cook, a doll artist and loved making her dolls. She was an excellent seamstress and made clothes for her daughters, granddaughter and her dolls. Her bubbly personality could light up a room. She was sweet, kind, positive and outgoing. She never met a stranger. She would talk to anyone and her words were a comfort to everyone. She could remember anything and if her family needed to know about something in the past they would call her and she could tell them everything. She was thoughtful and always sent presents for birthdays no matter what her circumstances were. Christmas was her favorite time of year. She loved to hear her husband Terry play the guitar and every time someone would come over she would say play something for them Terry. Terry played “Five Foot Two Eyes of Blue Has Anybody Seen My Gal” every time she walked in the room. Funeral service will be 1:00 PM Monday, November 12, 2012 at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home. She loved her family more than anything. She was a Precious Loving Mother. She is survived by the love of her life who she adored for forty-six years Terry, two daughters Allison Anderson Phillips of Ardmore, OK and Ashley Anderson of Lexington, KY, one sister Sandra Baier of Fort Smith and two grandchildren Jett Phillips and Paige Phillips of Ardmore, OK. Pallbearers will be Mike Phillips, Tommy Cunningham, Rick Tinder, Mark Albertson, Steve Carter and Richard Carter. The family will visit with friends Sunday afternoon, November 11, 2012, from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM at Edwards Funeral Home.
