Pauline Herzog

Pauline Joan Hendrix, Kelso, Herzog aka "Honey", our beloved mother passed away peacefully of natural causes on October 26, 2015. She was born in Borger, Texas on May 16, 1930 to Floyd Lee Hendrix and Eula Ruth Marbury.

Pauline was preceded in death by her husband, Duke G. Kelso and her daughter Cathleen Kim Bernerd. She is survived by her 6 children, Sharee G. Kelso-Costa (Allan) of Monterey, CA, Duke A. Kelso (Betsy) of Monterey, CA, Dean W. Kelso of Lompoc, CA, LuRene' Kelso, of Greenwood, SC, Brett Z. Kelso, of Fort Smith, AR, Tracy J. Herzog-Dehart of Russellville, AR, and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Pauline was a homemaker and enjoyed reading, bird watching, collecting angels, and as everyone who knew her knew, she was a devoted fan of the Dallas Cowboys, but her deepest love was for her family. She is forever in our hearts and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

A private service for family & close friends will be held on Friday, December 4, 2015 at 2:30 PM at Oak Hill Cemetery, 2560 Baseline Ave. Solvang, CA 93463.
