

Phillip Marshall Rogers, 39, passed from this world to the next Monday, March 3, 2014. He was born January 19, 1975 in Fort Smith. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Church. He was a lifelong resident of Fort Smith, where he attended Immaculate Conception, Woods, and Cook Elementary Schools, Ramsey JR High, and Southside High School. He was a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma with a degree in History. He was a co-owner of Geno’s Pizza in Fort Smith, where he was much liked and respected by his employees. Phillip was blessed with a loving heart and a beautiful soul. He leaves behind a loving family and a host of friends, who will miss him every day and hold him in their hearts forever. Phillip was preceded in death by his grandparents, and his father, Ron Rogers.He is survived by his mother, Linda Rogers of Fort Smith, AR; two brothers, Nick Rogers and his wife, Stephanie, and Chris Rogers and his wife, Kelsey all of Fort Smith, AR; his much loved Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins, his many friends and beloved nephews, Sebastian and Ozzie Rogers. Memorial Mass will be at 10:00 Saturday, March 8, 2014 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church followed by private family cremains burial at Holy Cross Cemetery in Fort Smith. Services are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home. The family will visit with friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Friday, March 7, 2014 at Edwards Funeral Home, 201 North 12th Street, Fort Smith, AR.
