Preme was born on September 2nd, 1946 in Selangor, Malaysia. He was the oldest of his 5 siblings and was always caring for his family. Preme married the love of his life, Rosaline, on May 21st, 1976. Together they devoted their lives to the Lord and ministry work. Preme lived his life as a faithful servant of the Lord. Most of his life’s work consisted of being a pastor and missionary. He believed in the power of prayer and stood on the word of God with all that he had. He saw people healed, delivered, and restored in the name of Jesus. He lived his life full of faith, thanking God for everything He had done and the blessings He had given him. Among those greatest blessings were his family. Preme loved every moment he was able to spend with his wife, children, and grandchildren. His family was his pride and joy and he loved them with all that he had. He enjoyed watching soccer, listening to music, and eating all types of multi-cultural foods, especially those prepared by his wife. He enjoyed nature, loved to travel and was very adventurous. Most importantly, he loved to pray and talk about God to everyone who would listen. The highlight of his life was doing these things with his loving family by his side. He lived his life to the fullest even during the last 15 years as a stroke survivor. He had many challenges but his faith never wavered and he ran his race with perseverance. He has now heard the words, “Well done my good and faithful servant”.
He is preceded in death by his father, David and his mother, Daisy and 3 of his brothers, Aaron, Moses and Rueben. He is survived by two of his siblings, Jothy and Rani.
His memory will be cherished and kept alive by his loving wife of 45 years, Rosaline, and his 3 loving children and their spouses: Jason and Rachel, Cheryl and Joseph, Joshua and Amanda. Preme is also survived by his 10 grandchildren: Josiah, Jaden, Lydia, Caleb, Isaac, Asher, Melody, Emma, Jubilee and Cambrie. They were truly the apple of his eye and will carry on his legacy of faith.
The Schwartz family would like to thank you all for your love, prayers, and support throughout the years. It is truly touching to hear the stories and tributes of how Preme has impacted your lives and how the Lord continues to use his years of ministry to bring Him glory. We are rejoicing that he is fully healed and worshiping with no hindrance and forever grateful that his memory and legacy will be carried on.
Funeral Service will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, August 11, 2021, at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Steep Hill Cemetery.
