Raymond Moore, Sr.

Raymond Moore Sr., 73 of Fort Smith, AR passed away on September 6, 2022. Raymond was born on August 18, 1949 to George & Lottie (Smith) Moore in Wyman, AR. He grew up in Fort Smith, AR. He married to Mary Ellen Moore on November 11, 1984. Together they loved taking care of children and having an open home to any and all who needed a place. Raymond worked for Baldor for 32 years where he won many safety and employee awards before retiring in 2016 to stay home and take care of Mary before she passed in 2021. He loved to fish and watch the squirrels at the park and spending as much time with his grandchildren as he could.

Raymond is survived by three daughters Rebecca (Randall) Dollar, Catherine (Rodney) Stroud-Belt, Maureena Morrison, and son Raymond (Jolene) Moore Jr.;15 grandchildren, Rommy (Crystal) Morrison, Daniel (Dana) Morrison, Dustin Morrison, Ainsley Stroud, Kenneth (LaJuanna) Hall, Dustin (Tiffany) Dollar, Kayla Dollar, Clifford Dollar, Sara Dollar (Steven Palmer), Tara Dollar, Kellie Johnson, Timmy (Tearany) Moore, William (Kai-Lee) Moore, Anna-Gail Moore, Robert Moore, Larry Moore, and Cruz Moore; 16 great grandchildren; 4 honorary grandchildren, Charmaine Whitmore, Hailey, Hannah and Harper Hogue.

He is preceded in death by his parents George and Lottie Moore, Wife Mary Ellen Moore, Son Danny E. Morrison and grandson Brian Morrison.
