The youngest of five children, Rodney was born on July 8, 1971 to Jerry W. Neel Sr. and Sandra Neel.
He was preceded in death by his father Jerry W. Neel Sr., his grandparents and his nephew Jonathan Neel.
He is survived by his daughter Annabelle Jade Neel, his mother Sandra Neel, his fiancée Melissa Silva. Also surviving are his siblings, Jake Neel (Marisu), Dennis Neel, Scott Neel (Caroline) and Karen Gipson (Greg) and many nieces, nephews’, great nieces and nephews along with a host of extended family and friends.
Rodney’s happy place was the majestic mountains of Colorado. He was an avid snow skier, snow boarder and hiker. He truly enjoyed all of the activities and beauty that nature had to offer.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 13th 2021, 1:00 PM at Edward’s Funeral Home Chapel.
