Roger Yates passed on May 13, 2026, at the age of 75; born March 20, 1951, in Marshall, AR to Joseph Yates and Marie (Baker) Yates. Roger was retired from Bekaert Manufacturing, and he was an Army Veteran. He enjoyed playing his guitar, and playing golf.
He is survived by his wife, Myra; daughter, Christina Bargiel; son, Nathan Yates; his brother, Randy Yates; and two grandchildren; Cory Yates and Shelby Barton.
Graveside Memorial Service will be 2:00 PM Thursday, May 21, 2026, at Fort Smith National Cemetery.
