

Rosalie Ciulla of Fort Smith passed away on March 16, 2016 in Fort Smith. She was born in Bisaequino, Italy to Sarino and Mary Ciulla. She attended Immaculate Conception School and was a graduate of St. Anne’s Academy. She retired from Mid-America as a credit manager. She was a long-standing member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, the Auxiliary and the Auxiliary Wednesday Sewing Group, and for many years her specialty was making the Baptism bibs. She loved to cook and always enjoyed the long standing tradition of rolls and coffee after Sunday Mass with family.
She is survived by her sister, Gina Ciulla; one brother, Jimmy and his wife Nancy all of Fort Smith. She is also survived by nieces, Cindy Ciulla Robertson and husband Dave; Terri Ciulla Paladino and her husband Gary; Jeanne Ciulla Washburn; Mary Alane Ciulla Gaunt and her husband Ronnie; Laura Ciulla Cruce and her husband Dan; and Dana Ciulla Calloway and her husband Jack. Great nieces; Carly Robertson Marshall and her husband Matt, Ashley Paladino Evans and her husband Tyler, Audrey Paladino; Amy Cruce, Stacy Gaunt and her husband Brian, Maria Sosebee and her husband Nathan, Kristene Crowe and her husband Josh, Kathleen Crowe and her husband Brad. Great Nephews, Brian Washburn, Grant Washburn, and Logan Cruce. She was preceded in by her parents, Sarino and Mary Ciulla; one brother, Marion Ciulla and his wife Reba; and two great nephews, Brad Robertson and Garrett Paladino.
Rosary will be said on Friday, March 18, 2016 at 6:00 PM in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel, and Mass will be said on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at 11:00 AM in the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery all under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Dave Robertson, Gary Paladino, Dan Cruce, Grant Washburn, Brian Washburn, and Logan Cruce.
Honorary Pallbearers will be John Taylor, Bill Buergler, Tom Caldarera, Sr., Tom Caldarera, Jr., and Phillip Hindman.
The family will greet friends following the Rosary from 6:30 – 7:30 PM in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel.
