Roxanne Handy, 63, of Fort Smith, passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2020. She was born April 20, 1956 to Robert and Lynne Handy. She was formerly a dietary manager at Sparks Regional Medical Center.

There are no services; burial will be at Oak Cemetery. Viewing will be from 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Wednesday at Edwards Funeral Home. Arrangements are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home in Fort Smith.

She is survived by two daughters, Katherine Parum of McAllen, TX and Teesha McBay of Fort Smith; two sons, Roy Dutton and David Richardson, both of Fort Smith; five sisters, Robin Delano of Rogers, Kathi Roberts of Gentry, Mari Wimbish of Van Buren, Cody Willburn of San Marcos, Donna Kelly, and Kim Handy, both of Highfill; a brother, Billy Handy of Highfill; twenty grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
