She is survived by her husband, Eric Blalock; two daughters, Cathaleen Bontemps of Fort Smith, and Sandy Rayett Shelton of Fort Smith; her son Damon Scott Shelton of Little Rock, AR; her father, Billy Don Rape of Sallisaw, OK; her sister, Christina Dotson of Texas; ten grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
