Shelly A. Shopfner

Shelly Shopfner, 52, of Ft. Smith passed away Friday, January 16, 2018. She was born May 20, 1965 in Ft. Smith to the late Roy Bowling and Eva Sevenstar. She was a member of Moffett Baptist Church and served on the board of The River Valley Christian Life Group.

Funeral Service will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at the Moffett Baptist Church with burial to follow at Belfonte Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Fentress Mortuary in Ft. Smith.

Shelly is survived by two daughters; Kristen and her husband Eric Philpott of Ft. Smith, and Ava and her husband Brock Jones of Greenwood, one son; Kyle West of Tulsa, OK, three sisters; Stephanie Ontiveros of Roland, Sherri McAlvain of Ft. Smith, and Tammy Bowling of Muldrow, OK, two brothers; David Bowling of Muldrow, OK and Roy Bowling of Ft. Smith as well as her eight grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be David Bowling, Eric Philpott, Kyle West, Tom Doesdel, David Texaj, Eddie Gutierrez, and Walter Green.

Visitation will be 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at the funeral home.
