Shirley J. Keck, 64, passed away Monday, August 30, 2010 at Covington Court Health and Rehab Center in Fort Smith. She was born September 4, 1945 in Ipswich, England to Hilda and George Ely. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Clark Keck.
She is survived by one daughter, Tina Murray of Fort Smith; one son Aaron Keck and wife Tracy of Fort Smith; two sisters, June Tirrell and husband Bud of Leominster, MA and Margaret Gooding and husband Gerald of Ipswich, England; four brothers, Bob Ely and wife Brenda, Colin Ely and wife Susan, Phillip Ely and Kevin Ely all of Ipswich, England; and three grandchildren.
Graveside service will be Thursday, September 2, 2010 at 10:00 AM at U S National Cemetery in Fort Smith under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
Family will greet friends Wednesday, September 1, 2010 from 5:30 PM-7:00 PM at Edwards Funeral Home.
