Sondra Worst

Sondra Worst, 76, of Fort Smith, passed from this life on August 14, 2017. She was born, June 27, 1941, in Fort Smith to the late Ralph and Mary Rinehart Gillenwater. Sondra was a homemaker and a member of Van Buren Church of God. She was the widow of Robert Worst. She will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Sondra is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Beesley of Fort Smith; three sons, Bobby Worst of Spiro, Oklahoma, Michael Worst and Johnny Worst, both of Fort Smith, Arkansas; two sisters, Susie Curtis and Diann Johnston; as well as twelve grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her son, Gary Worst; her sister, Frances Childers; and four brothers, Rodney, Tim, Buddy and Benny Gillenwater.

Graveside memorial service will be Wednesday August 23, 2017 at 12:00pm at the U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith.
