Sue Woodland, 89, of Fort Smith, passed away Sunday, July 22, 2012, in Fort Smith. She was born July 10, 1923 in Fayetteville, AR to Roy and Adortha Scott. She was a member and retired Secretary from First United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Eugene J. “Woody” Woodland.
Funeral service will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, July 25, 2012, at the Pavilion at National Cemetery with Rev. Aaron Barling officiating. Burial will be at National Cemetery under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Scott and Holly Woodland of Fort Smith and two grandsons Christopher and Ian Woodland both of Fort Smith.
The family will visit with friends Tuesday evening from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM at Edwards Funeral Home.
