Terry L. Phillips Sr, 61, of Fort Smith, passed from this life March 22, 2014 in Fort Smith. He was born April 30, 1952 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Robert and Audrey Phillips. Terry worked as a groundskeeper at Forest Park Cemetery. He is survived by his son, Terry Phillips II, of Spencer, Indiana; his daughter, Lainie Marsh and her husband, Michael of Indianapolis, Indiana; a sister, Sandra Ballard of Albany, Georgia; a brother, Albert Phillips of Tampa, Florida and his granddaughter, Brianna Marsh. Graveside services will be 10:00am Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at Forest Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00pm Monday at Edwards Funeral Home. “We are sure he will be enjoying all the new fishin' hole's that Heaven has to offer, while picking his guitar. We love you!
