He is survived by his wife Shauna Johnson of the home; a son Trevor Johnson of Fort Smith, AR; two daughters, Darrion Hensley of the home, Andrea Hensley of the home; his parents, Charles and Diane Johnson of Fort Smith, AR; two sisters Marca Garner of Cedarville, AR and Tina Trujillo of Kansas .
Funeral service will be Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at 4:00 PM at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel in Fort Smith. Mr. Johnson will be cremated under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
Family will visit with friends from 7 pm to 9 pm, Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at Edwards Funeral Home in Fort Smith, AR.
