Virginia G. Gross, 91, of Van Buren, AR, passed away Saturday, November 26, 2011, in Van Buren. She was born in Yankton, SD on February 16, 1920 to the late Fredrick and Grace Boulan. She was a housewife and a member of City Heights Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Gilbert “Doc” Gross and a son Charles Gross.
Funeral service will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, November 29, 2011, at Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel, 4211 State Line Road in Fort Smith. Burial will be at Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home in Fort Smith.
She is survived by two daughters Phyllis Koenigseder of Fort Smith and Barbara Sparkman and husband Jerry of Van Buren, four grandchildren Mark Koenigseder, Debra Geels, Melinda Hawkins and David Sparkman and eight great grandchildren.
