OBITUARY
Wayne Daniel Smith
March 31, 1931 – July 23, 2011
Wayne Daniel Smith, 80 of Jacksonville, AR passed away Saturday, July 23 2011. He was a Marine Veteran of the Korean War and retired from Ben Hogan Construction.
Services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday July 27, 2011 at Fentress Mortuary Chapel with burial to following at Barling City Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Fentress Mortuary of Fort Smith.
He is survived by Lorene Smith of the home, two sons Dewayne R. Smith of Lewisville, TX and Darrell S. Smith of Jesup, GA two sisters Dorothy Walker of Lavaca, and Barbra Pruitt of Roseville, GA, his granddaughter Latisha Richard of Rosharon, TX and one great grandchild.
Pallbearers will be Steve Smith, Victor Lauderdale, Robert Lauderdale, Ronnie Wesson, Lloyd Walker and Wayne Walker.
Visitation will be 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM Wednesday, July 26, 2011 at the funeral home.
