William Don Bearden

William Don Bearden, 67, passed away February 6, 2011 in Fort Smith. He was associated with the trucking industry for over 40 years and was the owner of Superior Filing. Don was a member of Community Bible Church of Fort Smith, was an avid golfer, and was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.

He is survived by his wife; Vivian, 3 daughters; Natalie Elliott and husband Todd, of Flower Mound, TX, Amy Mendenhall and husband John, of Fort Smith, and Jill Frein and husband Keith, of Flower Mound, TX, 1 step-daughter; Kim Epperson and husband Rob of Fort Smith, 1 son; Donny Bearden and wife Lolly of Union City, TN, 1 step-son; Bill Reynolds and wife Alice of Fort Smith, 1 sister; Chrissy Jones of Fort Smith, 1 brother; Danny Bearden of Fort Smith. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, a niece and several nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Tom and Christine Bearden.

Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Ed Saucier officiating. Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.

The family will visit with friends from 12 Noon until service time on Tuesday, at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel.
